Shipping: Pre made items will ship out in 1-3 business days. All custom orders will take 1-3 weeks to process & ship out. If you have any questions please reach out directly. 

Basic Doll Care & Instructions: If doll(s) arrives “deflated” from shipping just pop in dryer for five minutes & they will pick back up. Dolls are washer & dryer safe. Do not iron directly on any embroidery or vinyl as it will cause melting.

Basic Purse Care & Instructions: Purses are washer & dryer safe. Make sure to take out hard bottom out of sleeve if your purse comes with one before washing. Wash & dry on on delicate setting. (hang dry preferred) Do not iron directly on any embroidery or vinyl as it will cause melting.

Resin Care & DISCLAIMERS: All resin crafts are 100% handmade with resin/epoxy and minor imperfections are to be expected even though I do try my best for that not to happen. (ie bubbles dips dents holes) Resin art does yellow over time so avoid excessive UV/sunlight. Products can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth or water and dish soap. (do not leave in water for extended periods) Keep away from high temperatures as it will case warping or misshaping. This very rarely happens during transport but if it does please contact me ASAP.

Refund: No refunds accepted. If you would like to exchange a product & it is pre approved you are responsible for the return of the item you purchased previously and the shipping cost for your exchanged product, & new product will not be sent out until the previous exchanged item is receive in the same condition you received it.
However if there is something wrong with your purchase or it arrives damaged for some reason please try & reach out to me within 48hrs of findings.
